Hi, Folks!
I know you’re all going to be shocked,  but I stayed up past 3 AM to find out what happened in “Trapped,” the latest in the Private Justice series of Romantic Suspense novels by Christian author Irene Hannon. As is common on this site, Revell provided me with a copy of this book through netgalley. com. For this privilege, I get to share my forthright observations with anyone looking at this post. Laura Griffith is desperate to find her younger half sister Darcy, who ran away on a very cold night. As a result, she hires James “Dev” Devlin and his partners at the Phoenix Agency. He quickly uncovers clues that suggest this investigation is anything but routine. Soon Dev and Laura find themselves battling not only a blizzard, but to avoid a madman who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. Will they be able to rescue Darcy in time?  Can Dev knock down the walls he has built around his heart to protect himself and let the attractive librarian in? Or will his feelings for Laura be yet another casualty of his troubled past? Ms. Hannon has done it again, creating another heart-pounding and wholesome romp in her fictional world that will leave the reader breathless until the very end. My rating? I wish I could give it more than five out of five stars. It will  probably be most entertaining to those twelve and older, although younger children can be allowed to participate without fear of explicit content. I hope the next volume will be available for me to review very soon.  Until we meet again…
Happy Reading,
